Ladies, gather around because the LPGA Foundation is starting 2025 with an absolute bang! We are talking about one of the most ambitious philanthropic events in the history of women's sports. The 75th Anniversary Pro-Am at Pebble Beach Resortsยฎ is happening January 12 through 15, and it is going to be absolutely incredible.

Picture this: LPGA legends and current stars teeing it up alongside sponsors, business leaders and philanthropists who believe in the power of women's golf. This event celebrates 75 years of the LPGA, which was established back in 1950, while also investing in the next 75 years through charitable programs that support the future of our game. ๐Ÿ’ช

Record-Breaking Fundraising ๐Ÿ’ฐ

The LPGA's 75th anniversary season wrapped up at the end of 2025, but the LPGA Foundation and its partners are making sure the future of women's golf is in excellent hands for years to come.

This Pro-Am is the largest fundraising effort in LPGA history and one of the biggest charitable undertakings in all of women's sports. The multi-million dollar sum this event will raise demonstrates just how powerful the golf industry can be as a force for good.

Major shoutout to the Founders Society partners: Chevron, Pebble Beach Company and the USGA. Each of these partners contributes $1 million annually, plus additional giving throughout the year. That is what we call showing up for women's golf! ๐Ÿ™Œ

The Game Plan ๐Ÿ“‹

So what happens with all these fundraising dollars? The LPGA Foundation is fueling its $13 million One Million MORE campaign to engage "One Million MORE Girls" by 2030. This campaign launched in 2023 after the LPGA*USGA Girls Golf program made history by reaching its millionth member.

Girls Golf was founded in 1989 and has grown to over 700 sites globally, impacting approximately 220,000 participants each year. These record-breaking funds will provide essential golf equipment to those in need and grow scholarship support, creating pathways for the next generation. That is how we build the future of women's golf, friends!

Notable Names โญ

Over 30 of the most accomplished players in women's golf, spanning multiple generations, are participating in this Pro-Am. We are talking Hall of Famers like Amy Alcott, Pat Bradley, Donna Caponi, Juli Inkster, Lydia Ko, Nancy Lopez, Hollis Stacy and Jan Stephenson. Major champions Angela Stanford, Brittany Lincicome and Michelle Wie West are also in the field.

Current Tour stars Nelly Korda, Rose Zhang and Allisen Corpuz (your 2023 U.S. Women's Open champion at Pebble Beach!) are scheduled to play too. Add in Lauren Coughlin, Lindy Duncan, Sarah Kemp, Megan Khang, Andrea Lee, Stephanie Meadow, Lizette Salas, Linnea Strom, Angel Yin, standout amateur Megha Ganne, plus legends Sandra Haynie, Renee Powell and Judy Rankin in honorary roles.

Combined, this group has over 200 LPGA Tour victories and nearly 35 major championships. That is some serious star power! ๐ŸŒŸ

The Next Generation ๐ŸŒฑ

Given the magnitude of this celebration, it is only fitting that two current standouts from the LPGA*USGA Girls Golf program are featured prominently.

Madelyn Dickerson is just 11 years old and already a five-time World Champion, two-time Under Armourยฎ Player of the Year and a Drive, Chip and Putt National Finalist who finished T4 at Augusta National Golf Club in 2024. She is the youngest player ever to qualify for the Notah Begay III National Championship and claimed the Discovery Division title at the inaugural LPGA*USGA Girls Golf Championship at Pine Needles in 2024. This girl is going places!

Kay Cox is living her "Little Girls, BIG Dreams" goals in real time. The Houston native has been the youngest member to play in the Junior Legacy Pro-Am at The Chevron Championship for three consecutive years, starting at just eight years old in 2023. She has also made a hole-in-one and was invited onto The Jennifer Hudson Show to share her story and teach the host how to play golf. How cool is that?! ๐ŸŽ‰
